Castec Procures Ipsen’s H2 TITAN Vacuum Furnace

This particular furnace features a work zone with dimensions of 455 x 455 x 610 mm with 2,000 lbs hearth gross load weight capacity. It is equipped with a blower vacuum system and a mechanical pump and is built up for 3 phase, 60 Hz, 460 V. The furnace is slated to be installed by Ipsen’s team of certified field service engineers within a period of 12 weeks.

 

 The multi-purpose TITAN vacuum furnace can be delivered to any place of the world in less than 10 weeks. It can be operated in any language and fulfills international standards. It also enables a wide range of standard processes, which include brazing, hardening, annealing, and tempering, to name a few. It consumes 30% less energy when compared to competitive models. It is offered in vertical and horizontal models with a capacity as high as 10,000 lbs. It is available in a variety of sizes, uniformity and speed, featured with a Vacu-Prof control system to offer improved quality, enhanced operational safety and repeatable results.
